TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Whilst B Festival Ltd try to ensure that pricing and ticketing information on our website are correct at all times, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price or nature of the ticket you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price/specification or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will unfortunately have to treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will of course provide you with a full refund. 




Event tickets are sold to you on a non returnable and non transferable basis. Therefore once purchased tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Your tickets are for the personal use of you and your party only. The resale of tickets to a third party is strictly forbidden and to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking without prior notification.


Ticket dispatch dates are often dependent on the post, the latest expected delivery date of your tickets will be 2 days before the event takes place. If you are making a booking within 14 days of the performance the latest expected delivery date will be 24 hours before the event. These are general guides therefore please check for any specific delivery information provided for your event on the first pages of the booking process. Please rest assured that every attempt will be made to deliver your tickets to you as soon as possible.




We only dispatch tickets to the cardholder's registered billing address.

It is your responsibility to check your purchase upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is a mistake. We will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed.


Normal licensing laws apply.

Tickets must be purchased in advance via the ticket link on www.bfestival.com


Challenge 25 - if you are lucky enough to look u25, you will be asked to prove that you are aged 18 or over when consuming alcohol.


As it is BYOB, glass is permitted in venue but we ask you to be careful and to dispose of in bins.


U18s must be accomanied by an adult.


No re entry for u18's.


B Festival is a no smoking event.


No private tents, gazebos or sunshields permitted in venue.


No Balls.


No Chinese Lanterns.

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains what happens to any personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect from you whilst you visit our site.


B Festival complies with its obligations under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) by keeping personal data up to date; by storing and destroying it securely; by not collecting or retaining unnecessary data; by protecting personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access and disclosure and by ensuring that appropriate technical measures are in place to protect personal data.




B Festival only collects personal information about you when you specifically provide us with such information on a voluntary basis. The information that we collect includes:


  • Name

  • Address

  • Email

  • Contact number

  • Payment card details – these are not stored by B Festival, card details are encrypted for processing and only part of the card details are stored in the TicketSource site to assist with customer queries or charge disputes.

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To process ticket bookings (including the booking, payment processing and ticket delivery)

  • To send you email communication regarding your booking (to include booking reminders or to advise you of an event cancellation)

  • To assist you with any query that you may have with your booking or payment

  • To advise of any upcoming B Festival events or promotions



B Festival does not sell Customer contact details to Third parties. 




B Festival will only contact you regarding an existing booking or booking attempt or future event




B Festival will keep your Personal Data for no longer than reasonably necessary and will be deleted after 18 months. Personal Data is retained by B Festival for this period to assist us to respond to customer booking queries or any charge disputes that may arise.

In running and maintaining our website we may collect and process the following data about you:



Information about your use of our site including details of your visits such as pages viewed and the resources that you access. Such information includes traffic data, location data and other communication data. Information provided voluntarily by you. For example, when you register for information or make a purchase. Information that you provide when you communicate with us by any means.

Cookies provide information regarding the computer used by a visitor. We may use cookies where appropriate to gather information about your computer fin order to assist us in improving our website.




We may gather information about your general internet use by using the cookie.  Where used, these cookies are downloaded to your computer and stored on the computer’s hard drive. Such information will not identify you personally. It is statistical data. This statistical data does not identify any personal details whatsoever You can adjust the settings on your computer to decline any cookies if you wish.  This can easily be done by activating the reject cookies setting on your computer.




Storing Your Personal Data



In operating our website it may become necessary to transfer data that we collect from you to locations outside of the European Union for processing and storing. By providing your personal data to us, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We do our upmost to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to make sure that your data is treated stored securely.





Unfortunately the sending of information via the internet is not totally secure and on occasion such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically, Sending such information is entirely at your own risk.
